1. Product Selection and Payment

Customers are required to select their desired product and pay the full amount in advance.
If the order is cancelled before delivery for any reason, the customer will receive a shopping voucher equal to the full amount paid. No deductions will apply.

2. Cancellation After Delivery

In case the customer decides not to keep the product after delivery (for any reason), a shopping voucher will be issued after deducting applicable fees from the refundable amount.

3. Refund Requests

If the customer wishes to request a refund instead of a voucher, all related processing and service fees will be deducted.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days and will be transferred to the same account used for payment.

4. Customer Communication

To ensure smooth processing, each customer must coordinate with one assigned sales representative for all enquiries and order updates.

5. Shipping Time

All products will be shipped within 10 working days.

6. Custom Orders

Products that are not currently available in stock will be manufactured within 60 working days.

7. After-Sales Support

We provide after-sales service and maintenance for all customers.

8. Express Shipping

Express international shipping is available to all parts of the world for an additional fee.

9. Payment Terms

Customers must settle any outstanding balance within 15 days from the date of invoice or upon product delivery.

10. Purchases via Tabby

If the product is purchased using Tabby and the order is cancelled, the customer will receive a shopping voucher for the remaining balance only.
